Nikki Hise is the owner and lead inspector of OBinspeX, an innovative, educated and experienced Home Inspection Company.

Nik moved to the Outer Banks in 2005 from Richmond, VA where he was a NATE certified HVAC technician with a background in service and rough-in construction. He has since been in business management and owner/operator of an Ice Cream Parlor in Corolla.
Nik holds a North Carolina and Virginia state home inspector license as well as a wide range of inspection certifications through an accredited college. He hopes to continue using his innovation, education and determination to provide the best service for your home buying process.
